Career Coach

Liza Rodriguez grew up in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn New York. Liza earned academic scholarships and completed a bachelor's degree with honors from Amherst College. She continued her education with a fellowship from Dow Chemical Industries, culminating in a master's degree in organization development and design from Villanova University.

Liza has 20 years of professional experience in counseling and coaching others from all walks of life. She is also currently a regional human resources professional for a leading food service services company. Her human resources experience in consumer product goods, distribution, manufacturing, and non-profits has provided her opportunities to coach and counsel executives and front-line employees.

Currently completing an International Coaching Certification (ICF) as an ICF member. Her goal is to also lend her talents to those who seek to improve their ability to navigate personal, and professional challenges. Liza’s general coaching philosophy is to provide the client the opportunity to be heard and have them reflect on how they interact with others in a challenging environment. As a Human Resources, professional Liza can also provide overall professional counseling with regard to resume development, networking, and tackling job interviews.
